About Dr Mark Hughes
I am the founder of mch, and its primary trainer and mentor.
I have 20 years of training and mentoring experience. I have been a Chief Executive of an Aboriginal sports club, a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, a tutor at Oxford University, a research scientist and a student in Diplomacy & Trade. I also have governance experience, having served as Chair of the award winning public health social enterprise, Evidence to Impact.
I bring all this experience to my training and mentoring, together with a passion to help people develop.
I continually aim to ‘practice what I preach’ and average over 100 hours of professional development a year. A key personal learning is the importance of knowing one’s strengths and weaknesses. I apply this learning to mch’s training by engaging expert associates as required.
