In-house training is a convenient and cost effective way to deliver learning that really makes a difference.
There are specific advantages with in-house training:
Timeliness: Training can be delivered when you feel it is most needed and will have the greatest impact for participants.
Convenience: The training can be conducted at your preferred location, date and time.
Cost Effectiveness: Given that the mch’s fees are based largely on the time and expenses of our training staff (and not on the number of people attending), in-house training can prove much cheaper than attending open courses. If the training is conducted at your own premises, there are also significant savings in relation to travel and venue hire costs.
