Our two management and leadership training courses are designed to help you:

Core Management: This course outlines key management ‘Dos and Don’ts’ from an employee’s recruitment through to their departure. The importance of organisational culture to management is outlined and practical tips for managing yourself and meetings are given. The course will also give you an overview of how (non-disciplinary) disputes surrounding performance and interpersonal issues can be handled and resolved. Download Course PDF

Fit to Manage, Fit to Lead: This two day course provides informed discussion on the essence, requirements and limitations of leadership. A ‘first among equals’ approach to leadership is explained along with techniques for making staff genuine stakeholders. Requirements for leadership, such as emotional intelligence and excellent communication are then developed to enable you to manage and lead both yourself and others. How complexity, organisational culture and vision can inform your decision making is also covered. You then have a genuine choice of further learning options in areas such as feedback, influencing, personalities, body language, coaching and self-reflection. Download Course PDF
