emotional intelligence
Emotional intelligence constitutes the capacity for recognising our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves and for managing emotions well in ourselves and our relationships.
Based on our work with countless organisations, we believe emotional intelligence is often what separates good managers and leaders from the not so good. Consequently, emotional intelligence, or a lack there of, can have a huge influence on the morale and happiness of an organisation’s entire staff.
This course outlines the relevance of emotional intelligence in a working environment, together with methods for assessment and improvement. The course can be tailored by including elements from our other courses and there is also the opportunity for participants to take part in role plays with a professional actor. Download course PDF.
