A core premise of mch training is that it is only by doing that a skill or technique is truly acquired.

To facilitate this process, mch aims to incorporate tailored role plays where appropriate. Provided such role plays are delivered by an expert we have found them to be immensely valuable to a great many participants. Zara Ramm is just such an expert.

Zara has been a professional actor for 20 years. Working in theatre both nationally and internationally she also has numerous film and TV credits to her name. She is an experienced workshop and role play leader, having played roles as diverse as Board members, abused children, charity volunteers, vulnerable mentees and challenging staff members.

The role plays were unapologetically challenging but really useful. After all, work and life aren't always easy

I loved the balance between the theory and practical, and even though I am not a big fan of role play, this was delivered in a relevant way that I actually enjoyed!! I thought having Zara there was great and real brought it to life.
