We assist clients to identify and master the intrinsic factors which make an organisation successful.
While we tailor our work to each client, we believe all successful organisations share six common characteristics:
1. A clear vision and mission detailing the organisation’s overarching goal
2. A strategy and business plan detailing how the vision could be achieved
3. The right number of people with the right skills to complete the strategy
4. A sustainable source of income which covers expenses
5. A positive and appropriate culture
6. Operational systems for implementing, assessing and improving on the strategic tasks
We also believe that successful organisations are aware and adapt to external forces such as legislation and the interests of stakeholders.
With each individual client and with each piece of work, there is an obvious focus. However, part of our role as consultants is to consider all of the above intrinsic issues as a whole.
