We engage with both large and small clients. A previous client was one of the world’s largest non-profit libraries which had an annual income of over £100 million. We worked with the library to identify its strategic priorities, and coached library staff in problem solving techniques.
Assisting a community partnership in a former mining town is an illustration of a smaller, but no less complex client. During this engagement, the most needed and effective activities for promoting community development were identified. Social enterprise ideas were also explored as a means of promoting sustainability. This engagement was conducted in association with another specialist consultancy.
